Patrick Hotung - General Manager Patrick moved from the Washington, D.C. area in 1995 to assume the role of General Manager for the Main Place Liberty Group. He is a native of Hong Kong with experience in tax and real estate from Rosenthal, Shuler Realty Partners in the D.C. area. Patrick has a law degree from Georgetown University and serves on the Board of Directors for Buffalo Place. Eric S.P. Lefebvre - Vice President of Real Estate Eric has 21 years experience in commercial property management and leasing, having worked with real estate development firms in Toronto, San Francisco and Atlanta before relocating to the Buffalo area in 1993. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree graduating cum laude from Laurentian University, Sudbury, Ontario and is certified as a Real Property Administrator through the Building Owners and Managers Institute. Additionally, Eric is a member of the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants, holds a Certified Public Accountant's certificate from the State of Illinois and is licensed as a Real Estate Broker in New York State. He served as a member of the Board of Directors of Buffalo Place, Inc. from 1998 to 2003 and remains an active member of its Access Infrastructure Task Force. While Eric's primary focus is leasing space in Main Place Tower, the Liberty Building, and the Main Place Mall, he also oversees energy procurement, related conservation projects and assesses strategic investment opportunities for Main Place Liberty Group. Michael Manning - Leasing Representative Born and raised in Buffalo, Mike graduated from The Park School of Buffalo in 1999 and has a B.A. in Political Science from Allegheny College. He has background in the management of not-for-profit organizations and is working toward his CCIM designation. Since coming on board in 2007, Mike has successfully negotiated deals with two high profile tenants and is looking forward to developing and expanding his role with Main Place Liberty Group
